CENTRE LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR


Christ Church Purley is seeking to appoint a Centre Lettings Administrator to join our staff team.
The prime role is to oversee and develop the usage of existing halls and rooms. The post is for a highly efficient and organised administrator with excellent communication skills who can confidently discern the priorities for room usage, working within the Church’s policies and vision.

The Church Centre is a busy hub for both the Church and Community, with many different types of users bringing people from all backgrounds for a variety of reasons.
 
Up to £14,290 per annum
20 hours per week (Monday-Friday mornings)
 
 
We are looking for someone with:
 

  • strong organisational skills
  • skill in IT applications including Microsoft Word & Excel
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming persona
  • a willingness and ability to respond helpfully to a range of people and their needs
  • good problem solving skills
  • a desire to further the use of the rooms, in line with the Church’s policies and vision

  

A commitment to work within the Christian ethos of the Church of England is required.
